DTRT were Managing attendance, payroll, and compliance manually with Excel is time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient and led to:

Manual Data Entry: Processing biometric attendance in Excel was time-consuming and prone to mistakes, creating a heavy workload and inaccuracies in employee records.
Complex Calculations: Overtime, bonuses, and allowances were calculated with Excel formulas—an error-prone method that caused payroll delays and reduced efficiency.
Limited Reporting: Generating compliance, attendance, and department reports manually was labour-intensive and error-prone, hampering data-driven decisions.
Compliance Risks: Maintaining consistent adherence to labour regulations, especially regarding overtime, was cumbersome with Excel-based recordkeeping.

To resolve these issues, DTRT partnered with Auriga to deploy ERP Next, an open-source, customizable platform.

Automated Data Integration: Biometric attendance data now syncs directly into ERP Next—cutting out tedious manual entry and reducing errors.
Streamlined Payroll: Automated salary calculations incorporate overtime, bonuses, and other factors, significantly improving accuracy and slashing manual work.
Enhanced Reporting: Our solution enabled DTRT Apparels to access on-demand reports with key insights into employee details, attendance, payroll, and departmental statistics.
Shift Management: The system manages complex employee schedules, ensuring accurate attendance tracking across multiple shifts.
